We just want to thank you so much for all you did to help us through the sad and very difficult days when making all of the arrangements for dad’s farewell to this world. You made it so easy for us and no matter what we requested your quick response with no fuss made those few days so much easier.  The biggest compliment I can give is my sister’s comment is that you are like one of the family.  Your re-assuring words and actions gave us the courage and strength to get through those very sad days.

Thank you for your sensitivity, professionalism and for managing to cover absolutely everything with impeccable attention to details and a touch of humour.
